At The Boardroom we aim to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our returns and refunds policy below:
Boards & Custom Orders
- Returns and refunds are only available for boards that arrive damaged or for custom orders that have been incorrectly made.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders unless there is an error in the order or the item arrives damaged.
Accessories
- Accessories can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase if you change your mind. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- If an accessory is faulty, a full refund or replacement will be provided.
