The all new Diamond edition Carbon Wrap has seen decrease in Carbon Fibre strands visible through the tape, giving it minimal look. This minimal look has not compromised strength as the missing carbon has been replaced with an extra strong XS glass that has very strong tensile strength along with much improved flex characteristics.
The updated reinforcing element allows for more overall flex resulting in better performance. Combined with the new Flex2Volume program, Diamond Edition Carbon Wrap will have an enhanced energy that can be tailored to volume in each board.
Until now, flex patterns in surfboards have had a ‘one flex fits all’ approach. All boards have been made with one flex strength, regardless of the size of the board, or the rider. With the advent of Flex2Volume, we are now able to offer different flex patterns that correspond to the volume of the board, vastly increasing performance. Smaller boards will feature a more forgiving flex pattern and larger boards will have more reinforced carbon on the deck to suit the larger rider.

The Dalton boys, Jett 12, Neko 10, and Flynn 6 have been dipping their beaks into Dad's business for a while now, always experimenting to make complementary products for the Boardroom. The boys started "WAXPIG softgoods" and the first product is the WAXPIG wax remover, a must have; specialised surfboard tool.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit the surfboard shop during normal business hours. We stock a good range of most shapes and also have many second hand surfboards for sale at the shop, mostly from our team riders.
